Apple is Aiming to Target Driverless Cars Industry.

Following up on today’s report suggesting that Apple is recruiting automotive technology and vehicle design experts to work in a secret research lab, Reuters is reported that Apple is developing an electric vehicle that clearly suggest that Apple is aiming to target automobiles Industry specifically driverless cars .

Reports are coming out that Apple is gathering advice on parts and production methods, adding that Apple appeared not to be interested in combustion engine technology or conventional manufacturing methods. Apple don’t clearly want a lot of help from automobiles Industry.

The Wall Street Journal reported that Apple had set up a secret lab working on the creation of an Apple-branded electric car, citing people familiar with the matter. The lab was set up late last year, soon after Apple revealed its forthcoming smart watch and latest iPhones, the Financial Times said. The Journal said that the Apple project, code-named “Titan”, employed several hundred people working a few miles from Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino.

Previously The Google Self-Driving Car is the only project led by Google that involves developing technology for autonomous cars, mainly electric cars. We believe that Google Self-Driving car will release in 2017, indicating a possible available for the general public from 2017 to 2020.

While Google seems to have no plans to become a car manufacturer Apple here is possibly thinking to make a car. So both of the tech giant have planned to target Automobile Industry but with different ways.
